Known Riva Sync Issues - 1st Aug 2016

We are aware of syncing issues affecting Intelecrm customers using the Riva Integration server.  A compatibility issue is preventing the sync from completing between Exchange and Intelecrm customers.  We are working to resolve this issue and will update here once we have confirmed this issue is resolved.
